Vi avslutar årets festival med en grym fest! Hessel och Mondaine spelar live. Music For Pennies ordnar spelhörna, popcorn och ljusslingor för det ultimata myset!

Hessel

Hessel är Anton Hessels soloprojekt, Örebrosonen med ett sound som klingar av post-punk, garage-rock och bedroom pop. 

Med träffande texter som balanserar en skör tråd mellan cynism, sarkasm och intimt uppriktiga betraktelser från jaget likväl samtiden. 

Med ett fåtal singlar, ett fullsatt debutgig på Live At Heart 2024 och i P4 Örebro har Hessel med band gjort ett namn för sig att bjuda på vilda, euforiska spelningar. 

Debut EPn ‘’IN TRANSIT’’ släpps fredagen 7 november och är en symfoni av mörker och ljus, glädje och förtvivlan i ett distat, drömskt landskap.

Mondaine

Mondaine är ett rockband från Örebro som kombinerar kraft med känsla. Deras musik kännetecknas av starka melodier, flerstämmig sång och en kombination av energi och eftertanke.

I sina texter skildrar Mondaine teman som ensamhet, inre kamp och sökandet efter mening. Den senaste singeln The Original Sin tar upp idealet om den starka kvinnan.

Bandet planerar att släppa en EP under nästa år.

Hessel

Hessel is the solo project of Anton Hessel, an Örebro native whose sound resonates with shades of post-punk, garage rock, and bedroom pop.

With sharp lyrics that walk a fragile line between cynicism, sarcasm, and intimately honest reflections on both the self and the world around him.

With just a handful of singles, a packed debut show at Live At Heart 2024, and airplay on P4 Örebro, Hessel and his band have made a name for themselves with wild, euphoric live performances.

The debut EP “IN TRANSIT”drops on Friday, November 7, offering a symphony of darkness and light, joy and despair — all wrapped in a distorted, dreamlike soundscape.

Mondaine

Mondaine is a rock band from Örebro that combines power with emotion. Their music is defined by strong melodies, layered vocals, and a blend of energy and introspection.

In their lyrics, Mondaine explores themes of loneliness, inner struggle, and the search for meaning. Their latest single, The Original Sin, touches on the ideal of the strong woman.

The band is planning to release an EP next year.
